Terms and Conditions


www.mayage.com (hereinafter the "Website") is published by the French company Mayage SAS with a share capital of 1000 euros. Registered with the Paris Chamber of Commerce under trade registration no 821 785 516 and with an intra-community VAT no. FR 01 821785516 (hereinafter “Mayage” or the “Company”).

The Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms and Conditions”) detailed below apply to all orders placed with Mayage for all products and services offered on our website mayage.com (“Mayage”). They can be accessed at any time on the Website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering on Mayage. The Company reserves the right to adapt or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, the version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to any transaction are the Terms and Conditions published at the date of the order. Consequently, placement of an order implies complete adherence by the Customer to these Terms and Conditions, without reservation.


To order products on Mayage the Client must first create a personal account by filling his/her personal data. Mayage will notify the Client by e-mail once registration is completed. The Client’s personal data will be stored and processed by Mayage SAS in the manner stated in Mayage’s privacy policy on: https://www.mayage.com/privacy-policy .

The Client may only have the right to register one (1) account; Mayage reserves the right to delete duplicate accounts and deny any customers who do not comply with our Terms and Conditions the right to use their account. 

The Client is responsible for assuring that all information entered as part of the registration process is correct, complete and up to date. If an error occurs relating to the recipient address, Mayage shall not be held liable in the event of any inability to deliver the ordered products. 

The Client is also responsible for keeping his/her personal log-in information secure and confidential. By registering on or placing an Order through Mayage the Client warrants being are at least 18 years old and enjoys full legal capacity to abide to contracts.


The present Terms and Conditions are aimed to define the contractual relations between Mayage and the Client and applicable conditions to any purchase performed by distance or electronically through Mayage.com

The client acknowledges and accepts the current Terms and Conditions as well as the resulting rights and obligations before placing an order. Ordering through Mayage requires prior unconditional acceptance to these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the “Order & Pay now” button. Mayage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any point in time. In this case, the applicable terms are those that have been agreed upon by the Client on the date of order.


The Website is available to all users of the Internet network and is accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, subject to any interruption, planned or not, by Mayage SAS or its providers, for technical maintenance and/or security reasons or cases of circumstances outside of its control, i.e. “force majeure events” as recognised by the French courts. Mayage SASis not liable for any damage incurred by an unavailability of the Website.




The products offered for sale are those described and available on the Website, within the limit of available product stock. Information is updated in real time. Nevertheless, Mayage cannot be held liable for errors occurring during the update. Mayage can neither be liable in case of an order cancellation because of stock depletion. In the event that a product is out of stock, Mayage shall inform the Client by email or telephone in the best delays. Mayage will either suggest to the client a product of equal quality and value or the cancellation of the order. If the order is cancelled, the client shall be reimbursed in a maximum delay of 30 working days following the order cancellation date.


Mayage always takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of products in order to provide the customer with the best possible information. However, despite trying to render the color and texture of products in the best possible way, some technical limitations might occur in the rendering of these products on screens. Therefore, the customer acknowledges and agrees that non-substantial errors linked to photos and graphical representation may appear on the Website.


In the case of fabrics, if the Client wishes to verify the color, it is highly recommended he/she orders a sample when available. Color variations might occur due to production constraints between different dye baths. Mayage cannot be held liable for color variations between different orders placed in different times.


In the event of nonconformity of the product delivered compared to its description on the Website, the customer may either exercise his/her right of withdrawal, or implement Mayage’s guarantee of conformity which will, where appropriate, result in an exchange or refund of the price (in whole or part) that has been invoiced.



Acceptance of an order placed on Mayage is subject to compliance with the procedure put in place by Mayage SAS, expressed by a succession of different stages that the client shall follow in order to validate their order. The Client may at any time change or remove the products added in the shopping bag (the “Shopping Bag”). The Shopping Bag summarizes the products selected by the client, as well as its price and V.A.T, excluding customs and other taxes. The Client may modify at any time its Shopping Bag before validating the order.


Confirmation of the order by the client implies the acceptance of all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. An email confirmation summarizing the order (products, prices, product availability, quantity etc.) will be sent to the customer by Mayage. For this purpose, the customer formally accepts the use of email for receiving confirmation of the contents of their order from the Company. Invoices are also available in the 'my account' section


Prices are mentioned on Mayage in Euros, including V.A.T. but excluding shipping, any customs duties and other taxes

Mayage reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced and paid on the basis of the rates in force at the time of placing the order, subject to availability. The products are payable in advance on the day of the order.

The purchases shall be settled either via PayPal, or via the secure platform provided by our partner BNP Mercanet. The client expressly acknowledges that disclosure of his/her bank card number to Mayage SAS gives the company authorization to debit his/her account of the amount of the ordered products.

Please note, certain countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges (duties, taxes) upon reception depending upon the legislation of their country. Payment of these fees is at the Client’s expense.



Delivery lead times are mentioned on each product and are indicative. Items will be delivered in a maximum delay of 30 days following the placement of the order.

Mayage aims to let the Client know, if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, Mayage shall not be liable to the Client for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If the delivery time is exceeded and is not justified by a case of force majeure (Transportation strikes, blocked roads, natural catastrophes, inability to circulate) the customer may request the cancellation of the order and will receive a refund in a maximum of 15 days.


Deliveries are carried out by DHL, UPS, FEDEX and Colissimo, Monday to Friday. In case of special closure for bank holiday, all orders are processed during the re-opening week.


Delivery operates at the time of the transfer of the product’s physical possession to the Client (the “Delivery”). The risk of loss or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the Client at the time of the Delivery. From the time when risk passes to the Client, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.


Delivery prices applicable to the Order are those indicated on the Website at the time of the Order in the section “Delivery and returns”. Promotional and marketing actions might affect these prices.


The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Client. The Client must make sure that he/she has provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (ie. house number number/name, building number/name, staircase, access codes etc.). In the event that the transportation company is unable to deliver the products at the indicated address by the Customer, products will be returned to Mayage which will contact the Client to re-schedule a delivery a his/her expense.


Upon delivery of the product, the Client may be required to sign for delivery. The Client agrees to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before signing for delivery. The Client is required to keep the receipt of the delivered product in case as proof when entering in contact with Mayage’s customer care team

Mayage delivers in its standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by the Client may be possible to arrange, please contact our customer care team.


Any non-professional Client is entitled to use his/her withdrawal right during a period of 14 days from Delivery date. In such case, the Client shall contact Mayage at info@mayage.com. The return request will be confirmed by Mayage to the customer by email. The customer shall follow the procedure mentioned into the confirmation of the email. Orders must be shipped to Mayage at 10 Avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris.

The products must be returned to Mayage SAS within 14 days from the day of the Delivery. After 14 days, the sale is final. The products must be returned with their original packaging, with the original labels, brand new in a condition allowing it to be re-sold. If products are received damaged, Mayage will not be able to proceed to a refund or exchange.

Return shipping fees are at the charge of the Client. However, if the delivered product is damaged or different from the product ordered, the expenses of returning the product are borne by Mayage

Repayment of the Client is made subject to the receipt of the Products returned to Mayage SAS and in an excellent condition. Except as otherwise indicated by the Client, repayment of the item’s price excluding shipping costs will be made through the same payment method used to purhcase the Order in a maximum delay of 30 days following the day the Client notifed Mayage of its withdrawal right

The withdrawal right excludes the following products : - Fabrics (cut to your the Client’s dimensions) - Bespoke products


All products offered on the site by Mayage benefit from the following legal guarantees - Conformity guarantee (articles L211-1 et following from the French Code of Consumption) - guarantee of hidden defects (articles 1641 à 1649 of the French Civil Law) - Contractual guarantee In case a delivered product is non-compliant, it may be returned to the vendor which will either reimburse or exchange it for the Client.

Any complaint for lack of conformity must be addressed to Mayage by e-mail at info@mayage.com. Products must not be sent to Mayage without prior record of your claim and transfer of return instructions.

Mayage SAS’s liability excludes any damages related to the use of the Internet network such as (data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption or other involuntary issues)


All the elements on mayage.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mayage SAS. Reproduction, exploitation, or use for any purpose even partially of these element (software, visual images etc…) is forbidden


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute between the Client and Mayage regarding the interpretation, performance or termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Mayage strongly encourages the Client to contact the company in the first instance to attempt to resolve the disagreement amicably. If no amicable solution to the dispute is found, Mayage and the Client agree to refer the dispute to the Paris Court.
